    I can’t recommend Beth enough. I first met her at an open house she was holding. My husband and I weren’t even really “looking” but that house seemed appealing and we decided to see it. We got into a lovely conversation with her and just “connected” somehow. I ended up leaving my phone number and address (something I never do)- and that was really serendipitous. I didn’t have a realtor in mind to work with and just went with my instincts that Beth was the one I wanted. She never hassled, never bothered us. If I saw something I was interested in, I emailed or texted her and she would take me to see it. She was always available. Sooner than I expected, the perfect house appeared and eventually, we purchased it. At that point, we began the process of selling our own. Beth was amazing - had the right idea about everything, pricing, staging (or not)! We trusted her and we weren’t let down. Our home sold immediately and closing was a snap. She is such a calming presence and helps to make you less anxious throughout the entire process of buying and/or selling. I told her I was going to have “Beth withdrawal” after it was all over.     Beth is a great realtor, she helped navigate me through the process of selling and buying a house in one month. The process of buying/selling can be very stressful, she was fantastic at helping me stay on track and not freak out.     Beth has been an amazing asset to my partner and me. She has now been both a buyers agent and sellers agent for us. She is a delight to work with and a shrewd negotiator. She helped us navigate a purchase on a home with multiple offers. Her knowledge in presenting an offer secured us the home below asking price which is amazing given the market and the multiple offers.When we recently sold an investment property she was again helpful beyond our expectations. We were able to sell the property without disturbing our tenant nor interrupting our revenue stream before closing. We got our asking price but saved greatly because she brought a buyer to the table.
